Kate Beckinsale, 48, Went Pantsless In A Sheer Gown At An Oscars After Party, And Her Legs Are Totally Toned – see photos

 

Kate Beckinsale skipped last night’s Oscars ceremony and headed straight to Vanity Fair’s Oscar party looking absolutely stunning. The Underworld star, 48, wore a glamorous see-through all-black Zuhair Murad gown that included an embellished, strapless bodysuit with a tulle overlay that was covered in black sequins that highlighted her super strong legs. She had her hair pulled up in a chic ponytail, and kept her jewelry minimal.

 

 

The brand shared a pic of Kate in the gown. “Actress @KateBeckinsale looked stunning at the 2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party wearing a black hand-beaded long sleeve tulle mermaid gown from the #ZMCouture Spring-Summer 2022 Collection.#ZuhairMurad #Oscars2022,” they captioned the pic. Peloton instructor Ally Love commented, “This is amazing!!” And another fan wrote, “Absolutely stunning?.”

 

 


Kate is a complete beast when it comes to her gym workouts. She works with her trainer Brad Siskind—who works at Gunnar Peterson’s gym, who told Women’s Health that she works out at least six mornings a week. “The whole hour is work,” Siskind told WH. Kate shared her entire workout with WH, which starts with a full-body workout composed of eight compound exercises that each work two muscle groups simultaneously—such as a biceps curl as she squats or situps with combination punches.

 

 

after the set, she’ll do 90 to 120 seconds of a cardio interval, like rowing or the VersaClimber. Then she’ll do the eight exercises again—this time with heavier weights, added bands, or faster reps. After the 45 minutes it takes to complete both circuits, she’ll finish with a cardio interval using a rubber Inertia Wave, or one-leg pushes on a curved Skillmill treadmill. Earlier this month, Kate crushed a hanging core workout where she hung by her knees from a ladder suspended on the ceiling while doing multiple reps of crunches.

And last year, she posted a video featuring some of her hardcore moves that included hanging leg raises and battle rope work, followed by an intense stretch session with Siskind. As for her diet, Kate told Shape that she used to be a vegetarian.

 

 

“When I was filming Pearl Harbor, I didn’t have enough energy, and the trainer I was working with at the time said ‘You’ve got to start eating chicken and fish.’ So I did, and that helped me.” Today, Kate eats meat and is a big fan of chicken. She told WH that her current diet includes chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter. And the rest of the day, she chows down on salads with radishes, brussels sprouts, and safflower oil; salmon; and the occasional handful of potato chips. Her hard work is clearly paying off!
