One just can’t put Serena Williams away from making or breaking any records. Although the Queen of Tennis failed to win her 24th Grand Slam title in 2020 too, she impressed fans with her exceptional gameplay. Despite facing an Achilles injury in the later part of the season, the 39-year-old gave some tough competition to the upcoming generation in the last decade.
Interestingly, Serena had the most number of wins against the top 10 WTA players in the last decade (2011-2020). She started the decade when she was in her early thirties and still managed to win most of her matches. What is even more applauding is the fact that Serena leads the list by a huge margin.

Recently, she lost to Azarenka in the semis of the US Open 2020. After that, she caught up with an injury which forced her to withdraw from the French Open 2020 mid-way.
The Queen will be now returning back to the court at the Australian Open 2021. Fans hope that the upcoming season will be a great one for her and expect her to lift her 24th Grand Slam title in Melbourne.
