Zig-a-zig-ah! Jennifer Love-Hewitt rocks flashy bikini body

The 33-year-old actress is currently in the shape of her life – a far cry from
the unflattering photos of her on the beach that went viral in 2007.

She says: “I wasn’t going to the gym or eating right when that
unfortunate photo was taken.

“It was time to start working out and watching my diet more closely.

The 33-year-old also partakes in a yoga/dance combination called Buti and eats
a strict diet.

The beauty was hit hard after her mother died last year but she credits
fitness and friends for helping her stay on track.

She said: “I even tried boxing, and I can’t tell you how much it helped
me.

“When life hits you so hard – whether someone you care for dies or your
lover leaves you – working out can save your life.

“It certainly saved mine.”
